where are you from? have you a xt912(cdma) where you supposed to have a xt910?

If your carrier isn't CDMA (Verizon in the US, not sure about the rest of the world), you shouldn't have an XT912.

sir me from pakistan and this set is not only cdma butt also a gsm fone so thats why i need ur help .and this is xt912 not xt 910

The only "GSM" feature of the XT912 is the LTE radio to my knowledge.

You at least need to take the RIL libs from a GSM rom and copy them into your /system/lib folder... You have to experiment whether it is possible this way...At least, this is the way I had a CDMA runnning with network connection on my XT910

let see wat will happn with my xt912...



in the network area cross sighn is showing.
means gsm not support.

why would you flash a gsm rom on a cdma phone doesn't even make sence?

The xt912 is a CDMA phone. Even though LTE is a GSM technology, it runs off of a different frequency than standard GSM networks and it is not possible as of right now to use the xt912 on a GSM network. Maybe try selling it on ebay and use the money to buy an xt910?

My friend was able to get mine X912 working on GSM just fine. It's not super fast going online but it can text, message and call without any problems. I'll ask him what he did to get it working

I know theres guys in China that sells unlocked Razr Maxx (from verizon) which works with WCMDA

Dont know how they unlocked it or maybe they're engineer samples

for the love of God. We have both a CDMA and GSM section because they do not work with reach other. Flashing a GSM ROM to a CDMA phone will bootloop it.

And a CDMA (XT912) phone will not work on a GSM network.

I just read the entirety of the XDA link posted above, and i don't see it posted anywhere that anyone got it to work.

The last poster did post a link to a site that would SUPPOSEDLY work but no one reported any success.

Holy hell. This is MOTOs fault for releasing 2 identical phones that have 0 compatibility. OMG. I don't even know where to start in this thread. You people need to just trade phones, then ALL YOUR PROBLEMS will be solved, lol.
