Hello guys,

I'm new in the forum, and I came here for help. I've got a brand new Razr, and I was trying to update it to ICS.
But i guess something went wrong, and when I boot my phone, I've got this message:

AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S) (Boot Failure)
0A.65

Device is LOCKED. Status code: 0

Battery OK
OK to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB Connected

Invalid CG HAB (CG: boot, stauts: 0x0056 )

I've got a backup I've made using Clockworkmod, so, I think I just need to flash some rom in it, install cwm recovery again and restore, am I right?

But, I was trying to do this using motorola software ( RSD Lite and Motorola Update Manager ) but neither could identify my phone plugged in with usb cable.

Can anyone guide me to a solution? I'm really desperate.

Yea you are going to have to fastboot back to normal. Reboot the phone and go to fastboot mode yourself don't let it do it for you.
Plug in the phone then.
Make sure you have the Motorola drivers installed for your windows computer.

Also make sure your use the proper files for YOUR Razr.
