Which Cdma/gsm Roms Can I Flash

I am from India and have 65.1.40.XT910.AsiaRetail.en03 installed on my phone... my question is which ICS rom can I install? really desperate for ICS rom

Yes they are. If you look towards the top you can see the navigation to it:

Droidrzr.com -> Droid Razr Mods[GSM/international]-> Droid Razr Roms

GSM/International = xt910

CDMA (US) = xt912

there you go ruben. i told you you will be answered in less than a couple hours :) welcome to the Android family. please be careful while flashing your phone. make sure you know what you are doing and ask as many question as you want :)
ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR BATTERY IS OVER 80% BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT ANYTHING :)
