[HSD-Pilot]

I've running this Rom a few days now and for me, everything is still great. No data-lags or something.

I just flashed the new gummy to test it. But after some hours of watching this Rom i decide to switch back to my lovely widow.

So much light is not good for my eyes:)

I love the feel and the speed of this ROM...only problem I have...I have no service...I followed the instructions...tried 3 times...everything is perfect...if I never needed to make a call...any advice?

Alright absolutely love the rom looks and works wonderfully, only problem is for the life of me I cannot find the specific path you laid out to change the apex launcher settings to the custom images . I'm pretty new at this so more than likely something I am doing wrong but I have looked and looked.

You have to create the folder specified...I had to. Then copy files over. Works fine.

So I made the folder threw the apex_data.bak and apex_settings.bak in there rebooted and nothing...

Press Menu, Apes Settings, Backup & Restore, Restore Destop Data. This will use the text icons. I am using this. NOTE: Click Backup Desktop data first if you want to backup you current settings.

Hmm I tried that and then everything basically disappears its almost like apex_launcher just goes away and I am left with stock.

Either press Home or lock your phone and unlock it. That is how I got it to work.

OK, so I am a bit confused on what the hw video codecs do. Reading confused me more, being sick probably isn't helping my retention level...

So basically what I want to know is until the how video codex issue is resolved, I won't be able to use programs that transmit video like Tango? The program allows me to see girl as well as myself, but she can't see me.

I noticed when sending emails on the email client when you add people to the recipient list, you can't read the names. I think it is black text on black background maybe?

Without having the Video recorder working, Skype and other programs like it will not work. soon!!

& there has been a gmail/streets update, If you upgrade gmail you will lose invert. and as far as the email showing black text on black background, look for a fix in the next update release of gappsdark! (not sure when, but soon! ***DONT ASK how soon, just Soon!)

@andlaw: Great ROM! The only thing i miss is the Data On/Off Toggle in the notification bar. Maybe you could add in the next build? (AXI0M and others got it already)

That's strange, how can that be? Are you saying in ROM Control / Toggles / Enabled Toggles, you don't have 12 or 13 possible settings there?

Oh well, I don't see how you can have something different than what I have if you have the latest Black Widow ICS ROM.

what does your system info say? what version, 403 or 404 ?

Lol...i found out what's wrong. I'm german, so this is set as standard language. If i switch the language to englisch in the toggles settings (upper right corner) then more toggles appear. Now i chose the data-toggle and switched back to german. The data-toggle stays.

I had a new problem. I was getting the apex launcher stopped working, but that always happens. Then I started getting a com process something stopped working message that kept popping up after I would click OK...

I just went back and reflashed the rom gapps and gapps dark and everything works fine. After two reboots lte was already set to on.

You probably received that error because you couldn't pull a signal. Did you check if you had signal when it was looping? That error will go away after the phone becomes "stable". Then you can do the GSM toggle fix, instead of having to reflash.
