so i followed all the steps.
i used matts utility to go back to stock .173
i used it to root as well...i download es explorer, ota root keeper, rom manager..
and i still get the f%$king tringle when i try to install it...
and yes i did wipe both my internal and external sd card.. -_____-
any tips....?

Did you go back into stock recovery after fastboot and preform a factory reset? I've read it in posts and even done it myself that after a fastboot you should always do a factory reset. Might be why your having issues.

Exclamation on install isn't usually related to not wiping. It's almost always a MD5 mismatch or altered system. In your case, I'm assuming you're following directions properly so I'll say it's probably a MD5 verify.

ah i see. i check the properties on it through root explorer and the MD5 starts with 267....it doesn't match the OP MD5..
how can i get the proper one? . the links dont work in this thread.

EDIT: the link does work..so will see how it goes.

If your system no longer boots then yes you'd have to start over. if it failed out before it started making changes then you can just use the new file.

2. Matt's util 1.51 to .173
3. Install ROM Manager and ES file Explorer
4. Copy the files to /cache
5. tap the .zip and choose ROM manager
6. Wait awhile
7. Profit!!!

Any of you having any issues with certain games? Temple Run all of a sudden stopped working for me today. Like, yesterday it was fine then today the calibration is all off. I'm kind of worried it's my screen, but then everywhere else it's responsive. So I'm thinking it's a game issue or software compatibility issue...unless if any of you are running it fine.

Issues with games is a well known issue on any of the leaks. No work around for them yet.

Really? I didn't realize that. I think TR is the only one that's sucked it up for me on this leak so far because for the most part all my games and the leak itself have been damn-near flawless.

I had problems all the time with any games. I am back on razrx v1.2. Wait till this phantom ICS rom comes out. Or till a developer tweaks the .75 ICS leak.

Dhacker tweeted that his cm9 is close to ready. I believe it works with all of the leaks if I understood his tweet correctly. I can't wait to have something custom based of the leaks.

Well, I am sure they can see what bugs it has and fix them. If they can just fix the bugs in 75 leak. That would be amazing rom then. I do not have the time to learn what the developers know.

I see 84 mentioned often in github which probably means 84/85. Unless he makes another version for 75, this wouldn't be compatible.

Not entirely accurate. The kernels are all 3.0.8 for the ics leaks so far so there's a possibility that they're all compatible. No promises though.

My 3.5mm jack broke, just stopped working so I have my replacment phone and I have the large Zip file to install ICS but the link for the 2nd file is no longer working... Ive been looking for this file all night... Ive tried to load it with out it and .25% of the way in to the boot the Android guy gets a triangle above his head with an (!) in it.... so I assume I need that 2nd file...
Yes Im am rooted on stock however the replacment phone came with 2.3.6 not sure if that matters
please help!!! after 2mo with ICS on the Razr i dont wanna go back... I need that 2nd file

This is the .75 leak. To be able to install this, you need to be on the .173 build and not the .181 build. Check to make sure you're on .173

To download the second file, just right click the link and click "save as."
