Hello guys,

i have tried this utility, saferoot, motochopper and motofail2go, and still i cannot root this phone.

this utility does the same as motochopper

Saferoot only hangs after pressing a key to start the process.

motochopper completes the process it installs SuperSU but it says "There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it" when you open it

motofail2go i cannot get that bug report initiated apparently because it has not work for me

Below are the details of the phone, how can i Root this phone, if anyone can assist me please, im getting desperate not being able to find the solution

Safe root moto is the one to use -

If it hangs, then that means you have a driver issue on your PC most likely adb. This is the only root method that will work on this build unless you have an unlocked bootloader.

Thank you this is very interesting. But i don't mind loosing all data as long as my phone is 100% back to stock 98.18.94 or lower. It just seems kind of intimidating because there are a lot of steps that can easy be done wrong and brick my device. Is there a simpler tool? I wouldn't mind paying a bit if there was one for sale.

This tool won't work on .94, unless you're unlocked.  HoM isn't really that hard, just follow it step by step and you'll be good.  It's my personal opinion that people need to pay to play.  If you're unwilling to put a little work in, then you shouldn't be able to play.

To expand on Rik's pay to play notion - HoM is not a one click type tool, but being as universal as it is for Moto devices, it really can't be unless it was individually packaged for each device. It really shouldn't need to be. The HoM expects that the user folliws direction and has a little understanding about the process of firmware flashing. The only thing that really can give the potential for bricking is flashing the wrong firmware and honestly, the fact that you asked regarding this tool shows that you understand the concern.

Or use my rsd script generator, create an rsd script, and flash it with rsd 6.1.6.

I know someone who current has rooted and custom recovery and can't accept latest OTA.

I assume all he needs to do is flash stock recovery and he should be able to accept kitkat OTA?

Thanks in advance!

No...... To accept an ota you MUST be 100% stock.... No root, no custom recovery, no bloat removed or frozen no exceptions.......
