It does not wipe data, but as always, always a good idea to backup regardless.

There is an ICS specific bootstrap, DO NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE!

Leaked RAZR ICS, rooted, ICS bootstrap. My guess is you want all system files intact (no titanium defrost or renames, etc)

How to get on leaked ICS can be found here:

why oh why do I have to be at work right now lol. Can't wait to get home and flash this after installing the new ICS bootstrap.

ETA: DHive is blocked at work. Can someone copy/paste a release log or some general changes between this and the stock ICS leak?

I have tried 3 times now, rsd'ed back to stock and went through the process to keep root, each time it shows rooted when i first boot up the leak but no go. What the heck am I doing wrong.

1. rsd to stock
2. root, download ota rootkeeper and backup root
3. download and install ota updates, there's 2
4. install leak files and boot up
5. check ota rootkeeper and it says rooted but no luck

One of the reasons to use IC bootstrap is so you can make/restore nandroid backups. Regular one causes issues when doing those.
