You have to have both your computer and phone connected to the same network, phone connected thru wifi.

Thanks for the suggestion.  They're both connected to the same network.  Phone via USB to the computer and via WiFi.

Yea i hooked mine up right away also...go into VM and see checks your setting in there, sometimes you had to change a few things.
