Is anyone able to make or receive calls on the ICS leak when you are on an extended network and roaming. I am good when I am on a Verizon Tower, but no calls, incoming or outgoing, when roaming and on the extended network.

I had this same problem! I thought it was my ICS, but even after my flash back to stock, I had the same issues.. So I don't know if the ICS hack messed something up in the phone, or if it's a problem with Verizon?

I had the same issue going to Canada from the US. I was not able to make calls but was able to get them. Texts only came through when I was on the phone. Weird behavior and no solution. Tried every button and menu to resolve and could not find a solution. RSD back to .173 resolved the issue.

I think i figured this out guys. I ran into the same issue and went through the mobile network settings and turned on data roaming and international roaming to always allow. This didnt fix the problem at the time, but when i went back into normal Verizon coverage i restarted the phone, and re did those settings. Since then my phone will make and recieve calls, and allow data while roaming. Seems to be a bug, but since i changed those settings every time i go back to roaming everything works.

I will need to give this a try next time I am on a Verizon Network. Just to be able to duplicate what you did, could you please expand which setting you reset under Mobile Networks. I show Data Enabled, Global data roaming access, are these the two to reset.

Yes those are the two, but make sure you select always allow, because there is a check that says "allow only for this trip" or something of the sort.
