There's another one called Light Manager-Led settings... you might try...

That one didn't override the charge light either. Making it black or disabling, neither worked.

This ROM has been the most complete ROM I have used so far. Everything works and battery life appears to be better than other ROMs. Thanks for you hard work on this ROM.

Thank you, this is is one of 3 roms and 1 one at LEAST 6 devices I support. Luckily, I've got help with this Rom, but it's becoming a part time job, LOL. Now I know why bytecode and timpohladthoms both got burnt out so quickly supporting this. But no worries, I'll do my best to keep it up to date. I won't promise nightlies, but weeklies or less indeed :)

Rom is running smoothly for me. BUT, PLEASE add back in the ability to turn off the charging light.  It supersedes any notifications and I rely on the notification light for actual notifications.

This is not a kang or spin rom. This rom is nothing more than a port of pure AOKP. Whatever features or what-have-you AOKP decides to add, remove or change I have NO control over and won't be affecting. Please follow the instructions of the members below who may be recommending Play Store apps that may help with this issue. Sorry :)

For the time being there some apps on the play store you can use to control the notification led.

Thank you for this tip! :D

I'm at my wit's end... I can't believe I can't figure it out.

I'm running the most recent CWM touch (6.0.4.4) and I flash the build the exact same way I have always (clear data/cache/dalvik, flash zip, gapps) and it just won't boot. It will sit on the red moto logo for 15+ minutes and never get past it. The only way I've found to get it back to a booting state is to either use the/a one-click-restore-to-stock (4.1.2?) or restore an old nandroid I have, which fails to restore data (no problem), which will dump be back to an untouched AOKP build from 2013-08-09, which is still 4.2.2.

Any build I flash (tried one a month or so ago, plus the most recent) just hangs on the red moto screen on boot.

It's getting frustrating, because stock is unacceptable and the old August build is pretty... old and bleh.

Any ideas? Do I need to be coming from a different stock+rooted build to make the jump to 4.3? This is very strange behavior as far as I can tell, never had this much trouble flashing a simple rom before.

I would suggest trying twrp and seeing if this allows you to flash. Could be something with your recovery.

This rom is now deprecated. We will no longer be updating AOKP 4.3 (JB-MR2). If you wish to try the ALPHA 4.4.2 build,

Please Login or Register to see this Hidden Content

. This will be updated regularly and as AOKP adds features, they will appear.
