I have apps backed up on Box.com via Rom Toolbox. When I click to restore it hangs at 0% and that's it. No reply from developer. Any suggestions please?

Try downloading the backup to a pc or to your phone and restoring locally?

I have actually tried that but the files are in tar.gz format and I can't figure out how to open them. Do you know how? Thanks!
