Motorola has been taking OS own sweet time to update their os.. Even Samsung note received their ics update.. What's taking them so long?

Today marks the first day of the last month of 2nd quarter. If motorola doesn't release ics by then, i'm returning this phone through consumers tribunal, getting a full refund and buy the Samsung s3.

I was hoping motorola would have been
Better than Korean phone makers.. Ooh boy how wrong I have been.

I'm very sad and disappointed on motorola.. 7 months since I got my razr with the promise of ics coming soon.. I feel like buying one of those new PC that's says free upgrade to win7 before Win7 was launched.

Safe to say, this will be my last moto phone.

Now I know y moto phone is at the bottom among other Android manufacturers

Seems like it's close with all the leaks we've seen in the past few weeks. At least we will be the 2nd Verizon phone to get it. Could be worse...

Motorola has been developing ICS builds for months now. I think it's a well known fact that Verizon is slowing down OTA updates with their review/approval process, whatever that may consist of. Even the Galaxy Nexus, which is supposed to be a bone-stock, directly-supported-by-Google device, has been crippled by VZW's policies. They are just receiving a 4.0.4 update with a build date of April. Motorola is far from perfect but I don't think they can be blamed entirely for this scenario.
