If it shows up somewhere, I'll upload it to Dev host and post it here. I haven't seen one, but I also haven't really looked yet

Is ther a new BaseBand out that is flashable via TWin or CWM or any other recovery from the latest update (kitKat) I did find one over on xda but that one seemed to just allow for me to use cell not wifi , bluetooth, or tethering.... or if its only flashable via RSD can someone point me in the right direction to downlod it.....

There is, but like you said that baseband has issues. Can't use WiFi, Bluetooth, ect.....as you stated. I had the same issues but got it from another source. Other people were having the same issues getting OTA from Verizon. Motorola seems to have messed up with the newest baseband,
