Hi everyone, welcome to my first rom, Stealth ICS. Follow the instructions and enjoy.

So, what is this?

Stealth ICS is a rom based on dhacker's CM9 build. It contains lots of tweaks and changes that give you awesome speed and a great experience.

What are the tweaks?

Apex Launcher as default launcher

Apollo music

Custom wallpaper made by me (CM wallpapers --> first option)

CM9 wallpapers

Kernel logging disabled for speed

3g tweaks

Data on boot (buggy for some leaks if you touch the settings, waiting for dhacker to fix)

Hardware acceleration tweaks

Home launcher always in memory

Google Chrome and stock browser included

Jpeg quality optimized

Dalivk cache tweaks

Scrolling improvements

Custom boot animation

Support for sound during boot

See screenshots below for how wallpaper looks and a benchmark of my rom

How do I install this rom?

THE ONLY SUPPORTED METHOD OF INSTALLATION FOR THIS ROM IS SAFESTRAP.

PLEASE DO NOT REPORT BUGS IF YOU INSTALLED THIS WITH BOOTSTRAP.

1) Boot up into safestrap, make sure safe system is ON (safestrap menu --> toggle safe system)

2) Wipe data / factory reset option

3) Mounts and storage --> format system

4) Advanced options --> format dalvik

5) Install from sd card

6) Install Google Apps

7) ???

8) Profit

Known Issues

*On .79 leak in all roms home launcher lags. To fix simply change number of screens from 5 to 1 and enjoy
*Webtop
*If you get android system as a big battery drain, toggle airplane mode and wifi off and on as the rom is trying to toggle your data constantly. You can check if the issue continues by using adb logcat from your computer.

So would it be best to fastboot back to .181 to install this? I have bootstrap installed right now. How is the 3g/4g toggle? The .79 at times cut in and out if you toggle. Then you have to restart phone to get a good data connection. I have them downloaded for for collection though.
Thank you.
To powerful to fall into my hands. Click......Rooted. ICS rommed!!!!! Muhahahahah!!!!

You can remove bootstrap by going into /system/bin and doing this:
delete hijack
delete logwrapper
rename logwrapper.bin to logwrapper
From there you can install safestrap and this rom. Data should be the same on this rom as it is on dhacker's cm9.

Did you just update it?

...oh yes you did. Good thing I didn't flash it yet. We got a 1.1 only 4 hours later. What was changed between 1.1 and 1.0? What is different between your rom and dhackers CM9?

I did install it and yes, it has the data problem, the data is on boot, but after few minutes I get the problem so, it's amazing rom I like it but still there's the data issue on it, and that's all ics roms, lol

I didn't see the change log when I d/l the 1.1 version, perhaps you hadn't added it yet. Anyway, when I booted up mine phone was already set to GSM, so I toggled it to LTE and it seems to be working thusfar. Guess I'll give it some time to see how it runs. Much appreciated. The only thing that's kept me off of some of these roms is because none of them have had the same data stability as stock. But if I can find a nice stable one I will stick to it. I hope yours is it!

Other than stock .209. I have no issues with .209. I live in an area where the 3g/4g flip flop based on what side of the street I'm on. It's craziness, but my phone always has a data connection. It's always seamless going from WiFi to 3G to 4G and back again. But you are correct, I can't seem to get a rom based on the ICS leaks to get data working properly and I always end up back on good old Motoblur.

I know, I see it there now, but it wasn't there when I d/l 1.1 a few hours ago, that's what I'm saying. Never mind...makes no difference because dhackers source change log hasn't updated.

Same here but I can't wait to try this one because I'm a genuine crackflasher. :)

I have no idea why is that but for me this is the only ICS leak custom ROM that brings data on boot. It's been more than 24 h now since I put it on and traveled and turned on/off the phone multiple times. Data comes back right on. It takes about 2-3 min to get active but I don't have to toggle. It sets itself on LTE/GSM/CDMA auto (PRL). I'm in roaming 3G area.
The ROM it's stable and did not have any FC. I like the boot image.
There is no way to add or change the power toggles though.
I'm happy with it.
Thanks 2tealth.Good work and keep it up with updates.

I am on .209 with very bad data issues so I doubt it has anything to do with any single rom

I ran version 1.1 for a day and also had big problems with data, also on .209. Id may give this another chance after its tested by the users for a whole. I will say it ran beautifully otherwise.

If you are getting data issues read the known issues section, nothing I can do about it until dhacker patches it in a new build.

Yea, the issues start only once you start messing with data settings.
