It does, but it is not the supported method. If you brick during bootstrap installation you'll have to fastboot back, but with safestrap you just reflash it.

It appears camera is broken in 1.3, working on fixing it now.

well i flashed it in bootstrap to test and it booted fine but camera does not work for me and i lost data upon boot. i know it isn't a supported method but i still don't see a reason why the devs are against bootstrap? you just install cwm on boot and your good to go, you can restore a nandroid in case you go into a bootloop or whatever. guess im stuck on stock for now.

i do have a question though about the data on the roms. do you think once we get the offcial ics the data drops will go away?

If you brick the part of the system that will load bootstrap on boot then obviously you cant restore a nandroid. Also camera was fixed in version 1.4. Data will not be stable until official O ta because there are at least 6 leak versions and making data work for each one all at the same time just isn't going to happen. Yes it will be fixed when it comes.
