I think the PAC basket build server link is the same. No need to update it. Same as the PAC homepage. If there's not a link to KK gapps that have been adjusted to not try to set metadata from recovery, that would be good. I have them on my phone's SD and my desktop already, so I never go look for those to download.
I know that you can use the JB gapps from August of 2013, but it seems like a better idea to install more current ones if they're available.

I tried the 4.4.2 for msm8960 "unified" and it was really buggy. Random reboots, stalling and freezing. Awesome features though. Pacman ROM has always been one of my favorites.
