So when I try to wipe and flash it tells me that it is unable to mount, and when flashing it says no md5 file found. I am new to this, so hopefully it is just something simple. I rooted my phone, and am using safestrap 3.5. Any ideas? Thanks!

Ok.... what are you trying to flash? .... have you created a ROM slot (for flashing ROMs)...
I did create a ROM slot in slot 1, and I am trying to flash the most recent cyanogenmod cm-10.2-20130902-NIGHTLY-spyder.zip with the gapps that are for 10.2. When I try and do it, safestrap says in the log that it was unable to mount

I think it may have something to do with safestrap. How can i completely remove it and reinstall it? I have tried to delete it through my apps, but it is still there when I boot up.
Nevermind I got it, I forgot to uninstall the recovery first

May have to go back to SS 3.11
I tried doing that, but I had no luck. Does my phone need to be plugged into the computer when I try and create a ROM, and then flash onto it? I also downloaded the file again, and I have the gapps and cyanogenmod both in a folder on my external SD called downloads, still in their zipped format, I just dragged and dropped.

I am still having the unable to mount issue. When I try to factory reset rom-slot1 before I flash it, it reads E:Unable to mount '/system' E:Unable to mount '/data' E:Unable to mount '/cache'
E:Unable to mount '/osh'

I think you all may be on to something! I am creating a new ROM slot now, and it seems to be working correctly, I will fill you in more when that finishes and I attempt to flash it >.<

Okay, so I got it all to work, but now the WiFi doesn't work >.< I am using the most recent cyanogenmod released, and gapps for 10.2, should i reflash it with the most recent stable mod which is 10.1.2, and use the gapps for 10.1?

What did you do that fixed this? I'm have the same problem on my XT912, with safestrap 3.60, and CM 10.1.3. I keep getting
E:Unable to mount 'osh'.
