Ok When The Rom's Say Any Leak...does That Include....

the 6.16.211 ICS leak that can fastboot back to .181 if needed?

No, the .211 leak cannot go back to .181.

It means that with using safestrap, you can flash that ROM with safe system enabled, along side any leak. Yes even 211. That's what "Any Leak" means.
