Is there a ROM out with a properly working DSP manager?

any of them will work if you flash it (DSP_Manager_ICS.zip) yourself. I've tried a few GB roms in the past and most of the ICS roms.

i have to add that sometimes after i make my mods in dsp, i have to reboot to take affect. Then they're good to go
