I've tried many 4.3 Roms however they all lag. It'll glitch with screen locking animation, while scrolling in the app drawer, using the keyboard, etc. I'm using CWM Recovery with no kernel tweaks. Any ideas?

Well, let's see. What are the "many" roms you've tried? And is your bootloader unlocked?

What kind of glitching are you talking about? Did you run clean installs? Second what Tucs asked? I'm running 4.3 on my M and HD and don't have any "glitches."

What kernel / ROM are you using?
I'm experiencing a lot of stutter between apps and screens on the latest CM 10.2 nightly.
Using TWRP 2.5. With complete wipes between flashes.

you don't have to mount system most flashing scripts do that for you. The only thing you need to do is a factory reset then flash ROM then gapps.I've never Mounted...

First off, disable system animations, it helps out a lot. Second, update to the latest TWRP. Third, a lot of people have found that mounting system prior to your wipes helps a lot. If you don't mount before wiping, it seems to leave data behind.

So If I am understanding this correctly...You have to Mount the System too...Thought Factory/System Cleared All the Excessive Data left behind...
So the process now is:
- Wipe Cache
- Wipe Data
- Wipe Factory
- Wipe System and Now
- Mount the System too...
Just asking...Never had any of what you mentioned Above with Data Conflict after I Wiping System...
Thanks

I go about it this way:
- FDR or the first main wipe option you get in TWRP
- Mount-->System
- Advanced wipe--> wipe cache/dalvik, system, data. When I go to a brand new ROM, I format data too.
Before I started mouting prior to wiping, I would have serious issues with 4.3. Now, they run flawlessly (I'm sure that's also due to the fact that they have been developed further and are running better).

This is exactly how I have been doing it, and all is smooth sailing. In addition, I always turn off the animations in developer options.
