It is supposed to be for the XT926 aka Droid Fighter aka DROID RAZR HD. Check out the pics below (by the way the bar code says XT926, its a bit blurry).
Also note, they use a stock image of the regular Droid Razr for it, but the final version of the HD is supposed to have soft keys.
The USB and HDMI will be on the side, just as they are on the Droid 4 and Bionic. Unlike the Razr in which they are on the top. The second hole is probably for the micro-SIM door.
Power/lock and the volume buttons on the right side of the phone, same as the Razr now.
Headphone jack on the top of the phone as it is now on the Razr.
Barcode says DROID RAZR HD and XT926. Notice the camera and flash are positioned differently, this lines up with the earlier image from Droid-life below:

About two months ago, we saw the and now Droid-Life is back with some more images and information about Verizon's next big monster. The image above tells us that it's coming to Verizon for sure, and it will also feature Verizon's 4G LTE. Also, it's rumoured that it will feature a 13.1 megapixel with LED flash. According to the Droid-Life source, the display on the device is "amazing", and we heard that it's a 4.6 inch 720p display. There's also a 3300mAh battery behind the battery cover. Rumor has it that it's running on Qualcomm’s 1.5GHz dual-core S4, but we would like to wait to make this claim, as it's not confirmed yet.
