My ear speaker on my Razr M blew out so I called and they are sending me a replacement. I was currently running PacMac ROM and decided I should go back to stock before sending it back. I used the DROID_RAZR_M_Utility_1.20
to flash back everything to stock but wasn't able to lock my bootloader. I saw there was an OTA update and since I was "stock" now I decided to take it so it didn't try and download itself over the cell connection later. Well it broke and now I'm stuck in the AP Bootloader and the bootloader is now locked. I can't flash it with anything to save my life. I read on Motorola support forums that there was a new OTA update yesterday but I can't find anything official on it.

I've read that people who had this issue previously had to get the new leaked firmware and then use RSD Lite to flash it. Since it's locked you have to flash to the same or newer firmware, correct? Has anyone seen this new firmware leak or have another idea how to fix it? Here is what I get when I try flashing manually.
