actually... power+vol down is a reboot and all three power+vol up/down its a simulated battery pull... is there a difference.. i dont know... should there be im sure there is but i cant tell you right now.. hahaha

Power+Volume Down sends you to AP Fastboot.
Power+Volume Down+Volume Up sends you to the menu that gets you to Recovery, Fastboot, and access to the Reboot button or whatever else. Bootloader menu? I'm not sure what it is called.
Holding all three with power on and release when the phone shuts off, it will simulate a battery pull. If you hold all three with power on, wait for power off, quickly release and press power (while still holding the vol buttons), then you will get the fastboot menu. If you hold all three with power off, then you will also get the fastboot menu.

FWIW,
I had another Android device that had difficulty receiving MMS from iPhones.
I was merely saying that this rom on the RAZR M, received MMS from iPhones.
Sorry if I introduced any confusion.
Still learning my way around the Droids.

I lost the camera, tried the apk from the post and still could not get it to install.

I also had similar issues. It would show in rootexplorer and titanium back up that I had camera installed, but no icon in the app drawer, and when I tried taking a pic with hangouts, camera would force close.

Titanium showed that I had it as well, but also showed an uninstalled user app backup version. I just reinstalled that.

I have not tried any other way but I use foxfi for my tethering and it works just fine

I flashed the 11/16 build and tethering and MMS work. It is a bit slower than the AOSP rom's but everything works. It is now my DD. Thanks for the great work.
