Is there gonna be any ics roms based on the new ics update for gsm? will that old patch work? and on that side note, my camera somehow stopped working, is there anyway to revert to gb?

Rolling back depends on what kernel you are on previously and now. The old patch won't work but they are working on the ICS patch as of now. The old patch will work if ur kernels are of GB, that is if they aren't ICS, (3.0.8.something) irrespective if your ROM is GB or ICS.
