I'm on stock, rooted 211 via the OTA. I used ROM Toolbox to freeze, uninstall, and disable startup for some of the bloat apps - too many. I started getting messages whenever I'd reboot the phone saying Superuser has stopped. Then I started getting messages that process ...acore has stopped.

So I unfroze everything, and restored the autostart settings to normal as best I could. No difference. I restored all apps (user and system and data) from my ROM Toolbox backup. No change. I did a factory reset. No change. I tried restoring /system from a Nandroid backup, but the restore failed and did not complete.

What can I do to get back to a clean 211 system and start over? Can I install the 211 leak zip file in Moto recovery? If I do, should I wipe /system in CWM Recovery? Really not sure how to fix this.

Just remember to push the 211 update onto your external SD card BEFORE you do option 2.

It's done. But I'm still having an issue, this time with Superuser. When I open it, this circle at the top keeps spinning like it's working, and it never stops. I've tried to update the su binary, and that never completes either. I have Superuser Elite and also installed the Superuser Update Fixer. Superuser was probably installed when I rooted with Matt's utility, but then I updated the app from the Market. Any ideas?

This latest update to Superuser has some issues, according to the comments in the Market. I was unable to update the binary, and I see others have that problem. What fixed it for me was to install ROM Manager and run "Fix Permissions". After that, Superuser was able to update the binary and it also no longer force closes.

Thanks for the help guys.
