Is it me or did we lost some goodies on 3.5?? where is active display? and lock screen menus?

I have tried all the root settings as well and have not gained root as well.

Hey there! Well, let's say, I thought I did. I get into superuser in dev section - in settings it gives options: no, adb, apps, adb and apps. I've tried them all, with no positive outcome so far. Is that the setting I'm looking for?

Nope, installed fine. Can't get root though to run.

 

If you have trouble with root, mount system in TWRP, and flash this

Reboot, then you should be good, don't forget to update binary, reboot, and all should be good...

Also to get DEV options make sure you click "Build Number" in settings, About phone, 7 times

Sweet - this DID work.  Question though - why did we need this?  Seems some folks had root and others didn't.  I wiped / installed numerous times this ROM, with no issues / looping / etc.

Is the hotspot hacked so that Verizon doesn't charge you? I noticed in able to turn it on and connect my gfs iPad to it. Curious if I'll get hit with fees. Thanks!

I am having problems flashing too, it says failed to mount system ( I did try both, regular install like i have been doing tlll 3.0 and I mounted system manually and tried again, yet it didnt working) however i can download and install 3.0 again just fine, did make sure md5 was correct too, did any1 faced/ resolved same issue?

Having issues flashing 3.7 as well. It says:

set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed

E: Error executing updater binary in zip etc.
