I'm seeing the same thing. Driver says installed but upon reboot and opening the app it asks for driver installation again.

Ok, I found my problem. I'll have a fix tonight. Should be a simple flash over. When I was adding the framework fixes for lyapotas mod I removed the one for viper.

I'll have to give this ROM a go, maybe I'll load it up Sunday when my work rotation is over. Doubt I'll have time while on the clock and after work I'm really to tied to do much of anything.

I believe it changed between 4.1 and 4.2. You should be good.

What color? So many choices. I've always thought lambo yellow with the sense grey would look sharp... Just tired of all the blues I guess

Hmm... That yellow could be interesting.   I agree with being sick of blues. 

 

As for Viper I assume you are fixing it as a personal goal to say you kicked it's @ss. Haha.. I'm not sure I will use it. I gotta say Beats plus my PowerAmp EQ has been sounding great in my car. Seems like it sounds better now that I am on a build made for our phone and not a One port.

-Kill the GPS icon in the status bar.

-Kill the on-going wifi notification in the notification panel. (I found a zip on XDA that does this but haven't flashed it yet)

Heard, agreed on viper. I'll add it to the "todo" list. Out could be kernel related too. I will add these plus in the next update :-)

Edit: will add some apps like Polaris office and update apps built in.

Keep the requests coming...I've got the new build will be testing it all day. So far very good. GPS icon gone, WiFi notification gone, cleaned up some scripts, added Polaris office 5. Google suite updated, anything else? :-)

Yeah I got nothing man. I'm pretty happy where we are now. It was exciting to run Sense 5 roms before we got it but now I've been quite happy with this rom you made. I'm a need everything to work kinda guy. Let those crackflashers play with AOSP roms. Lol..

Ended up buying a 2004 For Explorer. The Jeep I mentioned was to beat up and rusted to justify dropping 10,000 dollars on.

My last vehicle was a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport so all I did was upgrade two years and two extra doors. So far it's a solid ride.

I ran into a small problem trying to load up your ROM. I downloaded the ROM, did a factory reset, wiped cache, Dalvik cache data and system like I normally do. When I went to install the ROM my SD card was wiped and I know for a fact I didn't click that option. Since I needed my phone for the holiday travels had to side load a CM11 ROM and transfer my latest back up and restore that.

I can't understand why that happened and won't be able to track down the error until Monday when I'm on my days off.

Hmm I don't know...there is not a wipe script in the install script. Random recovery issue? Weird
