Ok for me

XT925  3.0.42   98.21.22003

Thanks

How can i do a Nandroid Backup without unlock  ?

Since you have the 925, you should be able to unlock the bootloader through Motorola.  Then, you'll never have to worry about a root exploit again.

What happens when I get KitKat? Will it not update because I removed all the bloatware?

There's no way to unlock the bootloader on the current update.

I wouldn't take the update.  There's no way to know if it will block root, and there's no way to know if we'll be able to re-gain root.  However, if you want to take the OTA, you'll probably have to restore everything.  This is why you should have frozen and not removed the bloat.

Did you freeze anything that controls volume?

Since youre locked, you cant use a real recovery like TWRP or CWM, but you have the ability to use Safestrap and use custom ROM's that way. There arent too many for locked bootloaders but we do have a few on the site.
