software update failed droid

my droid razr m is not updating to the latest it show software update failed my current system version is 98.18.78.XT907.Verizon.en.us

 

please help me to update.

Where you rooted? If so did you change anything , you must be completely stock to update.

If you're unsure if you modified something it may be easiest to download the house of Moto and the fxz you are trying to update to and flash it with the save data option.

I have the same issue I was rooted and tried Matt's utility option 1&2 and it still wouldnt take the ota..I couldn't find my current update on the house of moto list(98.18.78) so do I use the new one .94 or should I try rsdlite?thanks in advance!

OK I finally got around to building the files to flash my phone..I'm a bit confused with the script generator? I copied the .jar file( still zipped) to the xt907 file.. then what?? All it does is open 2 more files.com and meta-inf..sorry if this is not making sense..
