My xt907 will not let me select any options in stock rom, so I cant get to fastboot. When I turn off the phone I have to hold volume up/down and power to shut off, and to turn on I have to do the same to get into stock recovery to get it to load. if I only push power, it goes do diag mode, but I cannot get to bootloader mode by pushing volume up/down. Phone is rooted and bootloader is unlocked.
Help! Can't boot into recovery or fastboot

Hold volume down then press power with the phone off.
