I remixed it so you can flash it alone on Arctic. The only difference is less of a glow and the yellow theme is gone.

No screenshots but here is a pic of what it looks like. (1% should work, let me know if not)

Theoretically it should work on iKream. It was built from Arctic system files but both are blur based. I say go for it just make sure you have a nandroid.
