Well my wife decided to give flashing a go today & not the good kind. Well as expected it did not go so HOT. She found a theme she liked, & flashed it. Turned out to be  a theme for TWRP. Now the recovery screen is off the scale & I cant do anything. I tried to find the link to reinstall it, but the link wont work. Any help would help. thanks

Go into the TWRP folder on your internal SD, the installer should have put a "theme" folder there, with a ui.zip inside it. Just delete the "theme" folder. This should get rid of the bad theme.

I got it. The developer put an SOS un zip file on the download link to remove the ui.zip .  Thank you both for the help!!
