So, today I decided to give rooting a shot. The whole .batch process went great. Followed instructions as needed. Everything was looking great, until I received an, "Insufficient Storage Available," notification from Google play. This eventually progressed into 4shared, and anywhere I can download anything. Nothing saves or installs anywhere, even though I clearly have enough space. Eventually, I factory reset the phone. Same issue. This is my only device, so help is appreciated! (Also, if you know of anywhere else to post, that'd be great, too.)

Typically rooting has nothing to do with storage (other than installing Superuser and busy box)...... you probably need to go into your storage and/or app settings to get a better picture of what you have installed / stored and what you can afford to delete/uninstall to free up some space.....:)

Sadly, I did. I have 2GB free on my internal and 58GB  free on my external SD. For some reason, I can download, but not install any application out there. No matter the size. Seriously. As soon as I rooted my phone, something inside went wrong. I can't even install an unroot application... Or use any root apps, because I factory reset my phone, and now superuser is nowhere to be found. This has nothing to do with storage, but the fact that, after rooting, my phone thinks there is less than there is.

Its just a glitch and it will eventually fix itself. Happened to me before and I couldn't figure it out then all of the sudden it was fine and never had another problem. You probably need to root again because you factory reset it.

Try this.... backup (to computer) your entire internal and external storages......then format both ..... then visit Sam's house of moto..... perform a FULL fxz on your phone..... then you should be back up and running properly...

Did you happen to try and use either link2sd or ap manager III or something of the sort to move apps to the SD? If you did, check the settings on whichever one for the "Download new Apps to SD". Since the M doesn't recognize emulated dirves, it see's no empty space on SD. Turning the switch off put it back to the phone storage.
