So I got my razr m and first thing I did was root it and put safestrap ( don't remember the version) on it.  I resized the partition and gave the stock rom 4 of the 8 gigs.  After enjoying messing around with things and loving cyanogenmod 10 I screwed things up royally.  I deleted the stock rom and cyanogenmod.  Long story short I wanted to start over and the only way I seemed to get things working was to use RSDlite to get the phone up again with the factory image.  The problem I have now is that the factory image doesn't see any more of my internal storage than the 4gigs I set the partition to months ago.  I want to root the phone but none of the root methods I've tried work.  They include:

motofail2go,

motochoper,

motopocalypse,

doomlord v4.

I tried going into fastboot but it says it's locked with code: 0.

I'm running android 4.12

system version 98.18.94

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
