Rootable XT912 Stock ROM versions

Looking to purchase a used XT912 and I've seen a few different Stock ROMs versions on these things. Not 100% sure, but I believe that 98.72.16 is the latest and greatest.

Regardless, my question is, can this and any older version stock ROM be rooted with Razr Blade or otherwise?

Would like to be sure before my purchase.

The newest update for the RAZR is .165. (I think).. but yes, it is still rootabale and rommable..... you can also roll back to previous version if you choose...
