What is this process, and is it safe for me to freeze it? Carrat is saying that it is sacking my battery so I'm just wondering. It sounds like it has something to do with cellular connection so I haven't done anything to it yet.

My guess is that it's wifi. Do you leave it on during the day without available service?

It sounds like statistics service like a data meter or something.

I generally turn off wifi as soon as I am out of range. Wifi was on all day yesterday but it had service the whole time. I'm a little reluctant to just freeze it and see what happens...
