I try to share with you a new user droid razr hd stuck in the locked bootloader. Here I am using rom correct work on droid razr hd locked. some of the ROMs I've tested running well. (There may be a need to add here please, very grateful if any).
example:
1. Droid Nexesque Rom
2. wWindow Rom
3. BlurryHD Rom
4. Eclips Rom
5. FlayingJelly Rom
6. White Window HD Rom
7. PARAGON MAXXIMUS Rom
8. RageHD Rom

If youre locked and have a latest update, then you are locked with practically no hope to unlock. If youre still on 9.16.6 then you can still unlock.

currently at version 9.30.1, if there was still hope for me?? or downgrade to the old version can still be done to Unlock? 
I don't know what I'm doing anymore.....

No downgrade. That will soft brick you. You are on the current update. Safe strap is your only choice.

You're not going to be able to install KK because you can't unlock your BL. You'll have to wait for the OTA. Constantly asking the same question isn't going to unlock your BL or make KK come any quicker.sorry I only know this furum, xda has no id. rom kitkat would like to install, what you think is right at my kitkat rom unlocked?? Mending nunggu official KitKat OTA update yg mungkin bakalan muncul dalam waktu dekat. Razr Maxx HD saya juga uda update OTA terbaru dan bootloader lock. Atau bisa coba Rage dan Blurry yg bisa diflash di lock bootloader via safestrap.

It'd be better to wait for official KitKat OTA update which will be coming soon. My Razr Maxx HD is also bootloader lock and updated to the latest OTA. Or you can try Rage and Blurry which can be flashed on bootloader lock via safestrap.
