I had my phone rooted, installed safestrap yesterday, and tried to flash a rom today.  I followed the instructions on the thread for the custom rom, but I fudged up two parts, that are most likely the reasons for my issue.  One - I used Safestrap 3.60 or 3.65, can't remember 100%.  Two - The rom required the leaked kernel for JB, not the OTA.

But anyways, to my problem, when I installed the rom, I went to reboot, and it wouldn't turn on.  It goes to the red m logo, and shuts back off. The screen will flicker before it does that, too.  I tried to use this -

But when I get to AP Fastboot, and plug it into the computer, it will not recognize it in RSD.

Any tips anybody has?

I got it.  I swapped cables, it connected.  I downloaded the Utilities, ran them, and it's back up and running. <3
