This website has been a big help to me over the last few days!
I recently upgraded my phone to a Droid Razr M. However, i didn't feel like signing another 2-year contract with verizon just to get a phone, so I bought one from a third party on ebay. Phone was in near mint condition, and didn't cost much at all.
The ebay description said it had the bootloader unlocked, which is exactly what I was looking for! Since the latest Razr M OTA's have basically made bootloader unlocking impossible unless it's already been accomplished.
I was a bit disapointed when the phone arrived.. it was boot-loader unlocked alright... and soft-bricked. Someone had screwed it up pretty badly.
After two afternoons of messing around with the phone through the RSD-Lite, Moto SDK tools, ADB, and some other indedpendantly made utitlities, I finally have an unlocked and rooted Razr M, running stock 4.1.2 with the 98.30.1 system, with TWRP recovery. Awesome little phone! Now that I have a good "starting point" I can play around with some other ROMS.
This site provided me some indespensible information throughout the process of bringing my phone back from grave. Thanks to everyone on this site who has contributed to the info I used, they are much to numerous to list the individuals 
Anyone have advice, warnings, or suggestions for ROM's & apps for a Razr M newbie? Any favorite brands for cases/covers or accessories? I had a diztronic case for my last phone (Droid Bionic), which I really liked.
