So I'm really really frustrated with my phone overall. I wiped Internal storage. Wiped cache and dalvik cache. Removed everything I could off my sdcard. And NOTHING is working !!!! I have a total of 8000MB free storage on my internal storage and a 8GB Sd-Card??? So why is it that my System has 638MB full and I only got 138MB to work with on my phone? Most of it is applications and the rest is just cache... So is there ANYWAY to free up RAM / upgrade Storage on my.phone to make it run smoother? Can I put my /system on my SDCard? I need all the help I can get!!!

The only way to free up space on /system.... Is to remove unnecessary apps from /system....... Either by using TiBu or a root explorer to remove them........ You can also use apps such as greenify or cleanmaster to clean cache and kill apps etc.......

You can also wipe cache (and dalvik cache) in recovery ... That will help

If you are the brave of heart and your phone is rooted, use folder size chart.  You can see exactly which folder/apps is taking a huge chunk of your storage space.

/system is the ROM space, not RAM, isn't it?

As far as RAM itself, it is taken up by running applications.  If you have things running the background, like facebook then log out of one (or more) of them and see if they RAM usage goes down.

Another thing that can take up actual RAM is SMS and Phone Call log.  Using two apps by Ritesh Sahu,

and

you can back up all your SMS and call logs and then remove them from your phone, which can free up a bit of RAM depending upon how much you actually ahve there.  With SMS, anything under ~200 SMS / ~40 MMS is probably not going ot help a lot but you can still do it.  For calls, I think anything under ~300 calls should not really be hurting you either.

^^^^^^Absolutely^^^^^^ ....... If you are rooted..... You can uninstall any system apps that you do not use (use extreme caution tho, as you can render your phone unbootable)....... Uninstall any user apps that you don't use....... Also you can use greenify and cleanmaster (if rooted) to keep certain apps from running and clean the cache etc to free up some RAM.....

What size partition did you create? Are you using multiple slots? Aviator became increasingly slow for me. Ended up going back to stock slot which brought me a noticeable performance increase.
