Predominantly I use Photoshop, After Effects, and Particle Illusion.

There are some other ancillary programs like Photoscape, GIF splitter and Faststone, I use for image processing.

I've done everything correctly. I even referred to the sticky just to be sure I was doing it right.

Are you flashing this like you would a rom or using a root explorer to move it to system/media?

This should be flashed like a rom, but do NOT wipe data.

Okay I changed the ribbon color but when I go to flash it says install aborted. I copied the other files over to my version. Or was that wrong.

These are assembled for the Galaxy Nexus - the Razr is similar but resolution of the images must be 540x960.

Wow - that recolor caused the image sizes to go way up - I will color change the source and get a copy out..

Lol yea...I think I saved them on the highest setting in Photoshop. 23mb vs your 8:D
