Hi,

 

I have a xt912.  I am trying to use House of Moto with it.  But I cannot get my laptop or PC to recognize the phone. And I used the yellow USB port (supposedly USB 2.0).

 

Phone: Razr xt912

Cable: SKN5004A

PC: Vista 32-bit

Laptop: Win7 64-bit

Motorolla Driver: 6.3.0

 

 

Any sugestions?

Moved this post to the proper location (you have a 912 not a 926).  Are you using the OEM USB cable that came with the phone?  If not, do so.  Yes, it matters.

And verify that it's USB 2.  Can't assume based on color.
