Hi, I have an AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3 phone that is stuck in booting into the Samsung logo then stops there. I reset it and it goes back to Samsung logo once again.

Reset?  Do you mean factory reset?  Sounds like system may have had an issue.  Have you tried booting without the SD card?  Sim card?  If all that fails, you may need to Odin flash your system.

SIM Card was removed, SD card out as well. Everytime I turn it off then on, it goes to the samsung logo screen and stays there. I tried the Odin Flash but when it says "Pass!" phone still stuck. Or, it's still flashing but the phone goes from the Android recovery screen to rebooting itself.
