So I may be a little... slow in the head lol. I reopened the RAZR and realized it was boot looping because i hadn't fully plugged one of the ribbon cables back in. Got it plugged in and its working fine again. Just had to reroot and reunlock the network.

Hello,

Ok so my phone updated to 4.1.2 on the OTA back in september or whenever it was released. Recently, I rooted and network unlocked it so i could have it be my pay-as-you-go phone. Everything was working perfectly using the T-Mobile GSM network for a few days. Then i decided i wasnted to get it open and clean it out, because the headphone jack wasnt working and the usb port was being difficult. Got it clean, rebooted and everything SEEMED fine. Then after approx 15 min the phone rebooted itself. When it booted it loaded for a few min and rebooted again. Now its stuck in a boot loop during the loading video and i have no idea what to do. I booted into recovery and did a cache wipe and a factory reset but that didnt help. My bootloader is locked so i cant flash a custom rom.

Please help!!!

Thanks,

I was just about to say  that since it started when you cleaned it, that it was likely related - hardware wise.  Then my next comment was going to ask whether you unplugged any cables :)  Glad you got it.
