After flashing this room, the sdcard will not work on my Droid Razr. Any one know a fix to this or did the sdcard get bricked? I did indeed follow the directions as they were gave to me by this site.. Everything works just fine, tip-top shape but the sdcard, and the apps that require sdcard usage. I've loaded it up in safestrap and I can see the contents in the sdcard but sdcard will not mount in the os. Any help would be muchly appreciated ... I lost all my contacts because of this lol

I've never heard of this problem before, about your contacts didn't you sync them with your Google account assuming you have one.

I know I've always seen it saying it was syncing my contacts, but before I flashed this rom I had exported them to SDCard additionally, for safe measures. And I guess I can't figure out how to resync via google ... I know, I can root & flash a rom but can't sync my contacts, what has this world become. lmao

But what worries me is my sdcard is unaccesible, where ALOT of my stuff is located of course, and on Day 2 now I am still trying to find a fix with no such luck.

*edit* I figured out how to sync the contacts, and even though I've seen my contacts get synced with google, they will not sync back in. They only say they are being synced. even facebook contacts will not sync, just pretends to. but again this is not the main concern, just care about my sdcard.*/edit*

are you able to use root explorer to see both your sd card? I have a feeling you looking at internal not ext-sd for your information

I have not used that no, as stated the only way I've been able to view the contents is through safestrap, and pretend to install from SD,without actually installing anything because there is no need, and then under external storage is where I see my contacts/contents. While operating the OS, Settings->File Manager SDcard not mounted, won't let me view through ext-sd. Will check root explorer in a bit though

I have not tried that, untill you just said it. It has been in the back of my mind however.
All that happens, is it says it is Preparing SD card, then 2 seconds later says SD Card safe to Remove.
Same thing happens to me when I go to Settings -> Storage -> Mount SD Card.

Something weird going on boot to your unsafe side and see if you can get it working

By unsafe side, you mean via safestrap correct?

I have already tried that, I get some MD5 checksum error or something along that line. I remember watching a video and it told you to not name the file all crazy just use words and numbers otherwise there will be MD5 errors, but when I backed up stock rom it gave me no option to rename it and it named it exactly the way I was told not to name it.

You shouldn't have to restore anything, boot into safestrap under boot option pick unsafe stock rom reboot. see if sd card is working

Any safe strap will work if it for ICS. Soft keys an option in ROM control they only one if you set it up that way

Stock MMS works reliably for me if I clear the Dalvik cache during each boot. I have fixed permissions after initial install, which may or may not be a prerequisite. Just thought I'd let everyone know.
