Try using house of Moto. It is java based. Have you uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled?

Or maybe you could read like I said and not skip steps. Your folders do not look like his because you skipped the step of installing the snapdragon support file which is why you get a ton of file not found errors.

Also do not flash in a low battery state as that risks bricking the phone.

System is a 1 gig file being sent in small chunks so it'll take it a while. Don't mess with it unless it fails at this point.

Well I want to thank you so much for helping me. I didn't think it was possible to do it without RSD Lite.

IEverything is working so far. No way to root though?
