I just got my phone replace and it has version 9.30.1 on it. My last phone was unlocked. I did manage to find a rooting method for it. Am I to understand there is NO unlock to the 4.1.2/9.30.1.. I've looked everywhere and found nothing.
Unlock for the 9.30.1?

Exactly that....less and less vulnerabilities over time that could be exploited until there were no more.....
from now on its an unlocked, open phone for me.

Of course, even getting root on unlocked phone is possibly going to get harder if Google has its way. Well, at least to the system partition.
