Droid Razr M (xt907) 4.4.2 recovery not working

If you are using the flashify app you have to manually download the correct recovery on your phone, like RikRong said then point the app to the correct file. 

It should work as long as you're rooted. As for the error you get from fastboot, you probably either aren't using the correct fastboot binary, or you need to update your Motorola USB driver.

my driver is up-to-date i thing its firmware bug beacasue i do everthing apps,fastboot but nothing work i go back downgrade my phone firmware 4.4.2 to 4.1.2 jellbean.....now i can easily root my phone for fastboot and install cwm or twrp... i hate how's create kitkat :(

It's definitely not a firmware bug given that you're the only one that's having the issue.

Delete all your drivers and re-install.

guyz if its not firmware problem then plz help how to solve this problem.....and Cap'n Slow i try lots of time reinstall driver in my laptop and my pc and i reinstall android SDK all the time cwm and twrp not installing in my 4.4.2 kitkat i think the main  problem is variable not supported....why not supported ????

I've gotten the variable not supported error when I've tried to use fastboot over a generic usb cable. Are you using the original cable that came with your phone?

I get variable not supported every time I've flashed a recovery.  It says that, continues flash, and voila, I reboot into recovery and it flashed correctly.

You need to use motofastboot not the platform tools fastboot

when i use  motofastboot i m stuck there
waiting for device....

daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037*

daemon started successfully.

then nothing i m wait for 30 mint but nothing works

No. That's adb not fastboot. Two very different things.

Guyz 1 more problem every time i reboot my phone i got this error "This sim card is from an unknown source"but my sim card is working perfectly i send sms,calls and i receive calls and sms too....then why i see this error...????
