So now that were rooted, I figured that would mean we would be able to use the Wireless Tether flawlessly. I'm having trouble though, it either gets stuck on the loading screen or it says it's running but nothing shows up in available networks. I've used both the Wireless Tether and Wifi Tether apps. Does anybody know the proper configuration for either one or an app that works solidly?

I didn't test it, but here is an exploit on XDA that seems to have positive feedback.

The other option is just using the xposed module

I actually had the xposed framework on my last phone and I never understood how it worked. How do you go about using that?

-Install exposed app

-Open app install framework

-reboot

-search for modules (wifi tether) from within exposed app

-download module

-install module

-reboot

-????

-Profit?!

I could never get the Xposed one to work, so I stuck with Topsnake's exploit. Works like a charm, although I haven't seen nor tried the newer one he has that supposedly doesn't require replacing the apk like the original one did.
