Tested by me several many times. Just download and install the applications from the below link.

*First install the tr.apk on your Droid Razr M. After installing it, open it and click Make it rain (needs working Internet connection), if no reboot takes place you are rooted. You can download rootchecker type of applications for checking the root.
*Secondly, install the SuperSU or Superuser application and then install the downloaded Monopocalypse application to unlock the bootloader.
